This is the first season and the first Pan European Tournament brought to You by Cybersport. This season is for Ladies only, who can proof their skill is at least at the same level as man.
1. General Rules
1.1. The organizer of “Pan-European Tournament” is Cybesport company ltd.
1.2. The organizer appoints Judges And Admins of the tournament
1.3. The list of Judges is available on www.girls.cybersport.pl/forum with contact data.
1.4. You can apply different forms of communication to the judges lsuch as: gg (Poland), irc, email, msn, or private message on the tournament website.
2. Platform: Game version: Counter-Strike 1.6: (steam)
3. Competition Method: 5 vs 5 (team play, 5 players per team)
3.1. Only female teams can register with 7 players max. Minimum 5 players must be registered under the same team to confirm one of the 12 tournament spots.
3.2. Male can register only as a manager or organizer
3.3. Maximum Competitors: 12 Teams of at least 5-7 members each:
- 2 slots for polish teams;
- 10 slots for foreign teams; - changed
- qualifications for polish teams will be conducted online to appoint 2 best teams promoted to final lan;
- for foreign teams - no qualifications - first 10 fully registered ( minimum 5 person and joined group ) teams have a slot - changed
- in case of smaller amount of foreign applications the polish teams will promote to final games according to succession and places gained during the qualification tournament.
4. Event dates
Final game will be played during The Final Tournament 2009 from 2nd October to 4th October in Lodz. – address, photo, map
5. Prizes
Total amount of money for rewards - 6000 USD
1st place – 3000 USD
2nd place – 2000 USD
3rd place – 1000USD
The prizes will be paid to player on the account indicated by her/him in 3 months after the final games
6. Registration. - see Faq
6.1.The player should register herself in the system of the tournament on www.girls.cybersports.pl
Giving her real personal data, valid when the rewards will be paid or sent
The rewards won’t be paid or sent if the data aren’t real
6.2. The player should give
- her login/nick which will be used during the tournaments. Playing with different nick is not allowed.
- Name and surname
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Manager or captain of the team must give his/ her msn, icq, gg (poland) or irc canal to contact opponents
- in next stage each player must give unrepeatable unique UID of game
6.3. Foundation of the team by manager or team captain
6.4. The team must consist of 5 players min
6.5. The team must consist of 7 players max plus 1 manager
6.6. During the qualifying tournaments and final lans the team can change twice
6.7. Registration last 31st August 2009.
6.8. Organizer reserves to himself the right to change the number of players and the rules of the tournament.
7. Main tournament format
7.1. The tournament format will be one of two options:
- group stages
- single elimination
7.2 Punctuation
- won 3 points
- lost 0 point
7.2.1. MR Rules
The entire tournament will use MR15 rules, with a round time of 1.45 minutes.
There is no time limit. Both teams play one map, for 15 (MR15) rounds as both Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist. Matches will be won by the team that score the highest number of rounds overall (16).
7.2.2. Draws
Draw results are not permitted at any stage in the tournament.
In the event of a draw the match will have overtime. Overtime consists of 6 rounds with starting money of $10,000. Each team will play 3 rounds as Terrorist and 3 rounds as Counter-Terrorist. The team to win 4 rounds first, is declared the winner. In the case of another tie, the overtime will be repeated until a winner is declared.
7.2.3. Early Retirement
If the match has been won before 30 rounds have been played, the teams may leave the server but the final score will be that of when the teams left the server. Remaining rounds will be discarded and will not count for ranking purposes.
7.2.4. Pausing
Pausing will be allowed throughout the entire tournament. You are allowed a maximum of 2 server pauses per team, per match, in the event of a player dropping. Each pause will last a maximum of 5 minutes. This is to avoid abuse of pausing, and to avoid lengthy match delays. Dropped players will be expected to reconnect/reboot immediately and to not delay the match unnecessarily. If the player has not returned after 5 minutes the match will resume without the team member. Substitutes can only be used if they have signed up to the tournament and are listed as one of the members for that team. Spot checks on players will take place and no “mercs” will be permitted.
The pause will be started at the end of the round in which the player dropped. When the player has reconnected and rejoined the team, the game will be un-paused and the match will continue.
7.3. Lan Finals:
7.3.1. First stage of contests - group stages
- teams will be divided into 4 groups containing 3 teams each
- polish teams will be placed at intervals
- each team will play a single match on one map against each opponent in their group
- succession of the maps is ordered by organizer
7.3.2 To next stage from each group two teams with the most points will qualify
- in case of equal amount of big points there are following rules deciding about succession:
difference of won or lost rounds (small points)
- in case of equal number of rounds (small points) – result of direct meeting
7.3.3. Second stage of contests - Single elimination Bo3 - best of 3

8.2 Maps order
- group stages - maps are ordered by organizer
- single elimination - each team choose its own map, the third map is chosen by refusing.
9. Rules and system of games for qualifying tournaments will be announced in additional statement if there is need.
10. Qualifying tournaments will be played in September 2009.
11. Matches
11.1. Matches are played 5 vs 5 players system
11.2. During the game max 5 players of one clan are allowed to stay on server
11.3. During the game no observer is allowed to stay on server excluding Judges and Administrators of the Tournament or people appointed by them.
11.4. Only women can play. Men mustn’t play.
11.5. Players must to identificate by own Steam ID given when registered. Playing on different account Steam ID is forbidden.
11.6. Player not registered mustn’t play.
11.7. During the game one player can be exchanged by clan player registered in the system
11.8. Clans represent two fractions:
– Terrorist force (TT)
- Counter_Terrorist Force (CT)
11.9 After 15 rounds clan change the sides
11.10. On the map clans must play in both fractions TF and CTF
11.11. Fight on knives decides about succession of choosing the stage
11.12. All gamers must record INEYE demo!
11.13. When the game begins all players must take a screenshot to prove that all players have 32bit.
Throw a smoke and gather your players, Atleast one person has to be visible in the screenshot WITH net_graph 3.

12.2. Allowed scripts are Only those helping buying guns and equipment AT the beggining of the game.

13.2. Bomb planting and boost
- The bomb have to be visible, and you MUST hear it. (That means no silent plant)
- You are not allowed to boost while planting the bomb!
- Boost (2 jump-assist): Only three players at the same time are allowed to boost. That means: Two players can help another player
14. Servers
14.1. Games are played on the tournament servers delivered by the Organizer or neutral servers accepted by both sides. Both sides on server must have optional game conditions.
14.2. Servers must be secured by anticheater system Valve Anti Cheat Secure.
14.3. Additional anticheaters are allowed.
